Pet policy for rental houses, apartments, and condominiums that are managed by Ramey & Associates in Louisville, KY:

Pet Policy Houses - dogs and cats are allowed at most
of our single family homes. Pre-approval by us in writing is required. No
breeds that are considered vicious by our insurance company will be
approved. Rent will be increased $ 25.00 per month for each pet.

Pet Policy Apartments - cats are allowed at most of
our apartments with pre-approval by us in writing. Rent will increased
$25.00 per month for each pet.

Annual Pet Fee - a $300 pet fee is due for each pet kept at the property, this fee will not be charged if resident is paying a monthly pet fee
